30A PCB Bonfires is an elevated beach-bonfire and event experience on 30A & Panama City Beach, Florida, operated by It's Lit Bonfires LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy applies to 30apcbbonfires.com and the ways you contact and book with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a booking through our form, or when you call or text us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, the date you want, where you're staying, the package and guest count you're interested in, whether you'd like add-ons like photography, and any message you send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics tools automatically receive some technical information when you visit, such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We also store the first page you landed on in your browser (locally, in session storage) so we can better follow up on your request. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and questions;
- Confirm, schedule, and coordinate your booking, and pull your beach permit;
- Send you booking confirmations, reminders, and day-of details by text or email;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;
- Keep our site secure and prevent fraud or abuse; and
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that produce legal effects, and we don't sell your personal information.
Text messaging & opt-in
When you text us or opt in to text updates, we use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your booking and our services.
It's Lit Bonfires LLC does not share your mobile number, text-messaging opt-in information, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the vendors that help us deliver our messages — such as our messaging platform and telecom providers — and only to operate and support the messaging service itself.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. These tools may set cookies that collect information like pages visited and general location, in aggregate. This helps us see what's working — not to identify you personally.

We keep your booking and contact information for as long as needed to serve you, maintain our records, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices & rights
You can:
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you;
- Opt out of text messages any time by replying STOP;
- Control cookies through your browser settings; and
- Unsubscribe from any marketing emails using the link in the message.

Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
