What packages do you offer?
Three. The Elevated Bonfire ($1,595) is our signature fully-styled beach bonfire — seating, décor, a Solo Stove fire, gourmet s’mores, a grazing board, florals, sand art, welcome signage, lawn games, lighting and an attendant, all included. Seaside Supper (from $2,695) adds a private chef and a seated multi-course dinner at a table on the sand. Barefoot Vows (from $4,995) is a beach micro-wedding — ceremony chairs, sound, an officiant, photography and florals — that becomes the dinner and bonfire reception.
How many guests, and what if we have more than 25?
Every package is styled to seat up to 25 guests. Hosting more? We build custom experiences for larger celebrations, welcome parties and corporate events — just tell us your headcount and we’ll put together a quote. Extra chairs are $30 per guest.
What is the Seaside Supper private chef dinner?
A seated dinner on the sand: we set a low boho dinner table with full place settings, candles and florals, and a private chef prepares and serves a multi-course meal beachside — then the bonfire and s’mores become the after-dinner glow. The dinner is $125 per guest plus a $150 beach delivery fee, on top of the setup; we finalize the menu and quote with you.
Do you do beach weddings?
Yes — Barefoot Vows is our micro-wedding package: white ceremony chairs and a styled aisle, a sound system with a microphone, an officiant, professional photography, florals and welcome signage, with the ceremony flowing straight into a private-chef dinner and the bonfire reception. It starts at $4,995 and is quoted to your guest count and details.
Is professional photography included?
It’s included in Barefoot Vows (along with the officiant). For The Elevated Bonfire and Seaside Supper it’s an optional $550 add-on — a photographer captures your styled setup and candid golden-hour moments. Add it when you book and we’ll coordinate the timing.
Is the beach fire permit really included?
Yes. Every fire is permitted through Bay County or the South Walton Fire District depending on where you are, and the permit is posted at your setup. You never pull a permit or pay a separate fee — it is part of the package.
Where on the beach do you set up?
We style your setup at a public beach access near where you are staying on 30A or in Panama City Beach. Send us your rental address and we will choose the closest permitted spot and confirm it with you before your date.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Fires are weather- and fire-conditions dependent. If the county issues a burn ban or the weather makes it unsafe, we reschedule you for another night on your trip or refund your deposit — no fight, no fine print.
How do we book and pay?
Text or call us with your date. We confirm availability, pull the permit, and take a deposit to reserve your evening; the balance is due before your bonfire. The fastest way to book is a text.

I'm Matthew Davidson, a minister and wedding officiant, and I truly love what I do. There is something very special about standing beside two people as they make a lifelong commitment to one another before God, their family, and friends.
I love hearing each couple's story and being able to help make their wedding ceremony personal, meaningful, and full of love. To me, it's more than just officiating a wedding — it's being part of a beautiful moment that they will remember for the rest of their lives.
It is a true blessing and an honor for me to be a part of their special day and help them begin their journey together.
